The application opens on easyverein.com and is in German. easyVerein's privacy policy applies there; your details go straight to our membership administration.
Membership fees
Monthly fees under our fee regulations, valid from 1 January 2025. There is no additional basic fee: you pay exactly one fee for your group. If you wish, you can voluntarily pay more.

Lower your fee by volunteering: If you put in voluntary working hours, you can reduce your fee. The hours and the amount per hour are announced by the board. Find out more under Volunteering.
The fee regulations are binding (valid from 1 January 2025, PDF in German, 241 KB).
Payment
Fees are collected monthly by SEPA direct debit on the 1st of the month. You can only change the payment method with effect from the next cancellation date.
Changing your bank or contact details
New bank account, address or email? Send us the change with your name, date of birth and, if you have one, your membership number to info@schaumburg-rugby.de. For members under 18, please state the parent or guardian.
Cancellation
Membership can be cancelled with six weeks' notice to the end of a calendar year. Cancellation must be sent in text form (for example by email) to the executive board, e.g. to info@schaumburg-rugby.de. Please state your name, date of birth and membership number; for families, whether the whole family membership should end.
